Nafla's sentence for ”military service fraud” reduced to suspended sentence in second trial...RAVI (former VIXX) remains as was in the original trial

Rapper Nafla, who was given a prison sentence in the first trial for military service irregularities, was given a suspended sentence in the appeal trial. On the 9th, the Seoul Southern District Court Criminal Appeals Division 2-3 announced that he was indicted on charges of violating the Military Service Act.
In the appeal hearing for Nafla, the court overturned the original one-year prison sentence and sentenced him to one year and two months in prison, suspended for two years. It also ordered him to perform 120 hours of community service.
Previously, Nafla was serving as a social service officer at Seocho-gu Office.

The appeals court said, "It is difficult to see any actual obstruction of work in relation to the first application for dismissal," and "the specific materials that served as the basis for the decision at the time of dismissal were not made clear."
"It is difficult to make a definite judgment," and he ruled the defendant not guilty of obstruction of justice. He continued, "We decided on the sentence after taking into consideration the fact that the defendant is remorseful and regretful, and the fairness of sentencing the marijuana case at the same time."
