Man jumps off Han River Bridge as man arrives for work, causing traffic jams (South Korea)

An unidentified man in Seoul, South Korea, climbed onto the bridge of the Han River Bridge and attempted to jump off, causing heavy traffic congestion during arrivals to work.
According to fire and police authorities on the 17th, a man was on the Hangang Bridge at around 5:50 a.m. on the same day.
The fire department, which responded to the call, is working with the police to persuade the man to get off safely. The incident has caused 2-4 lanes of traffic to be cut off from the northern intersection of the Hangang Bridge to the southern intersection.
Traffic was partially controlled, causing heavy traffic congestion at the rear of the bridge.
