”Onion Man” Cho Kuk: ”Let's hold a joint meeting of all opposition parties before the Yoon-Ri summit” = South Korea

The proposal was made to Lee Jae-myung, chairman of the Democratic Party of Korea. Chairman Cho made the proposal at the National Assembly General Election Victory Report Rally held in Jeonju, North Jeolla Province on the same day.
"On my way to Jeonju, I heard about the preparations for a meeting with President Yoon," he said. "If I can meet with the leaders of all the opposition parties before the meeting and reach a consensus, it will be a great help."
"I hope to be able to freely exchange opinions regarding the laws and policies based on the public will expressed in the general election," he said, adding, "I will wait for Chairman Lee's response."
"If Lee meets with President Yoon as the head of the opposition parties, the Democratic Party will win 192 seats for the entire opposition party instead of 175 seats," he said.
"I will represent the 192 seats," he said, adding, "Representative Lee should be the representative of the 192 seats." Chairman Cho called this general election a "victory of the people's hearts" and expressed his gratitude to party members in North Jeolla Province.
Chairman Cho said, "We have written a new chapter in the history of the Republic of Korea and won a valuable victory.
