HYBE claims to have discovered new documents detailing the circumstances surrounding an attempt to separate the management of ADOR, the company that represents NewJeans, from its CEO Min Hee-jin.
Channel A quoted an insider familiar with HYBE's internal affairs as saying that Min Hee-jin, CEO of the management office ADOR of the group "NewJeans",
New documents detailing the attempted takeover of management rights have been discovered, reports Exclusive. According to the report, HYBE is a group that was created in a document called "Project 1945," which details CEO Min Hee-jin's plan.
The document, titled "The 2019 Employment and Trade Commission Report," was obtained during the audit process. It was obtained from an email sent by ADOR's vice president, and CEO Min Hee-jin's laptop has not yet been returned.
ADOR responded to Channel A by saying, "It appears that the information was leaked before the audit results were released, and was merely a personal doodle that is impossible to implement."
Min Hee-jin's side submitted the audit response document requested by HYBE on the same day. HYBE is scheduled to submit the report by 6 p.m. on the 24th.
HYBE plans to soon ask the court for permission to convene an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders to dismiss Min Hee-jin.
