Baby hit by cigarette butt, female student shows no remorse = Korea

A cigarette butt from some female students hit a 1 year and 7 month old baby, causing burns. On the 25th, a post was posted on the online community bobedream saying, "We were walking down the street and a 1 year and 7 month old baby was burned.
On the 13th, Mr. A wrote, "I was taking a walk with my family after dinner when a cigarette butt hit my face and burned me.
"As I passed Kokoro Shopping Street, I saw a group of female students smoking cigarettes. When a baby stroller passed by, a child began to cry loudly," she wrote.
He continued, "When I looked closely, I saw that the child's eye had been burned by a cigarette butt and was in pain. I saw someone passing by and throwing a cigarette butt, but I didn't see the child's face.
I never imagined that it would hit me. I was really angry when I saw a crying child." When Mr. A approached the female student and questioned her, she replied, "It is true that I threw the cigarette butt, but
"I didn't hit my child in the face," he said, laughing. Mr. A said, "He didn't seem to regret it at all. I immediately called the police and took my child to the emergency room.
"It makes me so angry to see him standing on the sidewalk throwing cigarette butts at people and yet acting so unconcerned in front of the victim," he said.
