The child was drawn. Wei Wuxian (Wei Wuxian) used magic to enter Jin Guangyao's memory. The fate of Nie Mingyu and Jin Guangyao began when Jin Guangyao's mother was mocked by his disciples during a night hunt for being a prostitute.
It begins with the fact that Jin Guangyao was promoted to vice-general, but was exiled for murdering the head of the Nie clan. Lan Xichen, Jin Guangyao, and Nie Mingyu became sworn brothers.

After releasing the spell and waking up safely, Wei Wuxian tells Lan Wangji that Nie Mingyu's head is in a secret room in Fangfei Hall.
Wei Wuxian and Lan Wangji head to Fangfei Hall, but are nearly turned away by the gatekeeper. Wei Wuxian somehow makes it to Jianfang Hall, but is stopped by Jin Ling, who stops them from entering Fangfei Hall.
Wei Wuxian directly asked to see the secret room, and Lan Xichen also asked him to open the door. However, Jin Guangyao insisted that it was his treasure room and refused to open it.
Lan Xichen then commanded him to open the door.
