Koreans' favorite seafood is mackerel...what's their favorite sashimi?

It turns out that mackerel is the seafood that Koreans like most. The survey was conducted to mark the 40th anniversary of the Korea Maritime and Fisheries Development Institute.

In terms of where they buy seafood, the most popular answer was "large supermarkets" (46.9%), followed by "traditional markets" (21.1%) and "online shopping."
Fewer than half of the respondents said they "trust" seafood origin labels (45.9%), followed by "normal" (38.8%) and "don't trust" labels.
In terms of the most urgent issues that need improvement with regard to seafood, the most common was "improving safety" (30.0%), followed by "low prices" (27.8%) and "improving the country of origin".
This was followed by "ensuring transparency in transactions, such as by disclosing information" (18.9%).
