Intel AI Summit to be held in Seoul in June, with CEO Gelsinger also attending - Korean media

Intel, a major U.S. semiconductor company, will hold the Intel AI Summit, an event for artificial intelligence (AI) developers, in Seoul on June 5th. The Intel AI Summit is held annually in various countries around the world.
The event has been held several times, and CEO Pat Gelsinger is also scheduled to attend.
Executives from Naver and Samsung Electronics are also expected to attend the event.
In addition, Naver is partnering with Intel to develop AI chips, and a representative from cloud company Naver Cloud is scheduled to attend and give a keynote speech on the technical cooperation between the two companies.
On April 9 (local time), at the regular conference "Intel Vision" held in Phoenix, US, CEO Gelsinger said about the details of the cooperation with Naver, "Naver and the future
"I look forward to a great cooperation that will continue for decades to come," he said. Naver will test the performance of Intel's AI chip "Gaudi 2" and use it for training large-scale language models (LLMs) and for services.
Naver and Intel have proposed that Korean startups and universities can use Gaudi to develop various software and advance issues in industry and academia research.
The company plans to provide IT infrastructure to enable the company to move forward with its operations.
