Unregistered car refused entry and closed apartment building entrance with vehicle in South Korea

An incident occurred in Icheon City, Gyeonggi Province, South Korea, when a driver blocked the entrance to an apartment building with his vehicle, resulting in police being called in in the middle of the night.
According to police on the 30th, at around 2 a.m. on the same day, a barrier was set up at the entrance of an apartment building in Bubal-eup, Icheon City.
A call was received about a Sonata sedan blocking the entrance to the parking lot. When officers arrived, the vehicle was unlocked and the driver was not present.
According to the management office, the owner of the vehicle is a man whose entry and exit is not registered, and when his request to be allowed through was refused, he drove off.
The suspect stopped the vehicle and left the scene. The people at the scene reportedly used a key inside to move the vehicle. Police are expected to identify the driver of the vehicle in the near future and investigate the suspect for obstruction of business.
The plan is to investigate whether there are any such cases.
