In the aftermath of the conflict between HYBE and ADOR representative Min Hee Jin, when it spilled over to the group BTS, the ARMY of the fandom took collective action. They sent a wreath of respect and condolences to the HYBE company building and issued a statement through newspapers, embarking on an aggressive protest.

On the 3rd, photos of ARMY sending wreaths of condolences lined up in front of HYBE's office building were spreading around the online community. The relevant photos were accompanied by complaints such as "HYBE, a big company empty can of goods," "'Our BTS' when needed, bullet-proof when at a disadvantage," and "Owner risk with no time to rest."

On the same day, ARMY also released a statement in the form of an advertisement in one of the daily newspapers.

They stated, "HYBE Chairman Pan Si-hyuk and Representative Park Ji-won should stop playing the speech game of using 'BTS' as a shield for their company's negative domestic and international issues," and HYBE's BIGHIT MUSIC "will take a responsible attitude toward the senseless and insidious attacks on 'BTS' and will take immediate legal action to settle the matter. We strongly demand that they take a responsible attitude toward the senseless and insidious attacks on 'BTS' and immediately take legal action and ensure that the progress is publicly announced," the company stated.

They also reiterated, "We support BTS, not HYBE."

On the previous day, the 2nd, HYBE issued a public notice through the fandom platform, Weverse, titled "Subsequent Information on Legal Action Related to 'BTS' Rights Infringement," detailing the current progress of the case.

HYBE stated, "We would like to clearly state that the hoarding marketing, concept theft, Dahn world-related theories, and phony allegations that have recently been made to defame and slander 'BTS' are not true," and added, "We have collected numerous postings that constitute false fact dissemination and defamation, and today (May 2nd) we filed the first complaint with the investigative agency. The complaint included without exception postings that had been systematically created and deleted, as well as postings that had been used to blow up accounts. We plan to file additional charges through continuous monitoring and verification."

They continued, "We sincerely apologize to our fans for any concern we may have caused them in relation to this matter," and promised, "We will continue to take all measures to protect the rights and interests of artists.
