Gallup Korea explained that, "In this survey, the approval rating rose by 1%, but this is only a small movement below the decimal point." This means that "in effect, the approval rating remains at its lowest point."
The lowest approval rating among all presidents in the past two years was 28% for President Roh Tae-woo in a survey conducted in February 1990.
President Yoon, who will mark two years in office on the 0th, will hit a record low of 1.5% if his approval rating does not rise by more than 5% over the next week, falling below that of former president Norovirus.
