”BABYMONSTER” and ”SHEESH” MVs surpass 200 million views... Fastest debut song for K-POP girl group

YG Entertainment's (hereinafter referred to as YG) new girl group BABYMONSTER's "SHEESH" is the shortest K-POP girl group debut song to reach 200 million views.
According to YG on the 5th, the music video for BABYMONSTER's official debut song "SHEESH" was uploaded to YouTube at around 8:24 pm the previous day.
The video has been viewed over 200 million times in just 33 days since its release, making it the fastest debut music video of a K-pop girl group to date.
This success was expected. The music video debuted as the most-watched video in the first 24 hours after its release, and was ranked #1 on YouTube's global weekly rankings.
It topped the charts and took just 10 days to reach 100 million views, which is also the fastest time for a K-pop girl group debut song.
"BABYMONSTER" will be performing in five Asian regions (Tokyo, Jakarta, Indonesia, Singapore, Taipei, Bangkok, Thailand) starting at Ariake Arena in Tokyo, Japan on May 11th and 12th.
With this, they will begin full-scale promotion in Japan and will also appear at "SUMMER SONIC 2024" in August.
