One in three South Koreans say Lee Jae-myung should be the next president

A survey revealed that one in three South Koreans believe that Lee Jae-myung, leader of the main opposition Democratic Party, is suitable to be the next president.
The South Korean polling agency, “Public Opinion Fairness,” conducted a survey of 1,003 voters on the 6th and 7th of this month to determine “the most favorable candidate for the next presidential election among conservative and progressive camps.”
In a survey asking who the most popular person was, the most popular answer was "Chairman Lee," with 37.3%. This was followed by Han Dong-hoon, former chairman of the emergency response committee of the ruling People Power Party (7
1.7%), Seoul Mayor Oh Sehun (5.3%), Daegu Mayor Hong Jun-pyo (4.7%), and New Reform Party leader Lee Jun-seok (4.2%).
