One passenger on a sightseeing boat falls into the sea and dies...Rescue crew member injured (Gangneung, Gangwon Province, South Korea)

A passenger on a sightseeing boat in Donghae-an (east coast), Gangwon-do, South Korea, fell into the sea and died.
According to the Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province Fire Department and Sokcho Maritime Police Station, on the 12th, at around 2:31 pm,
A passenger named A (65) fell into the sea from a sightseeing boat sailing on the sea near Sacheonjin-ri, Sacheon-myeon, Neung-si. A was rescued by the Coast Guard and died about 30 minutes later.
He was taken to the hospital in a stopped state, but was confirmed dead. Two people, including crew member B in his 40s, jumped into the sea to rescue A. Of these, B suffered hypothermia and was treated at the hospital.
According to witnesses, Mr. A fell from the handrail on the first floor of the left side of the cruise ship. The cruise ship where the accident occurred departed from Jumunjin Port at around 2:00 p.m. and headed for Sacheon.
The Maritime Police are currently investigating the circumstances of the accident based on testimony from witnesses.
