HYBE has refuted the claims made by ADOR CEO Min Hee-jin. On the 13th, HYBE stated, "We received the email on April 3rd and replied on the 16th to state that this was not the case.

Meanwhile, CEO Min Hee-jin not only released the contents of an email to the media claiming that "ILLIT" had plagiarized "NewJeans" on the same day,
In fact, parents of "NewJeans" members alleged in an email that Chairman Bang Si Hyuk had not accepted the "NewJeans" personnel changes and had treated them coldly.
