According to the Busan Fire and Disaster Prevention Headquarters, an accident occurred in an alley in a residential area in Yeonje-gu, Busan, South Korea, where a car hit three pedestrians.
A car hit three pedestrians in an alley in the ward. The driver, a man in his 60s, suffered a broken left arm, and two pedestrians in their 30s and one woman in her 20s were killed in the accident.
The three pilgrims suffered injuries including fractures. Two of them were taken to the hospital. The car continued onto the main road that connected to the alley, and crashed into the median strip of the road and came to a halt.
Police are currently investigating the driver and witnesses to determine the exact circumstances of the accident.
