”Kim Ho Joong was drinking before the accident”... Police raid entertainment facility in South Korea

According to the police on the 18th, the Seoul Gangnam Police Station conducted a search of the entertainment facility from 1:00 am to 5:20 am on the same day.
Kim Ho Joong was involved in a collision with a taxi on the opposite lane on a road in Sinsa-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, at around 11:40 pm on the 9th of this month.
Police are working to secure evidence to support the drunk driving allegations, including by investigating the people who were with Kim Ho Joong at the entertainment venues and bars he visited before the accident.

The police are investigating the case on suspicion of obstruction of justice and destruction of evidence. If the charges are proven, the suspect will be sentenced to up to five years in prison.
Meanwhile, the National Forensic Service informed the police the previous day of the results of a urine test that "Kim Ho Joong is deemed to have been drinking alcohol before the accident."
The National Forensic Service said, "Since about 20 hours had passed since the accident until the urine sample was taken, it is unlikely that the amount of alcohol consumed exceeded the threshold for alcohol abuse.
"Excess alcohol (a by-product produced when the body digests alcohol) was detected, indicating that he had consumed alcohol prior to the accident," the report said.
