The agency is being investigated this week after HYBE accused ADOR CEO Min Hee-jin of embezzlement.

In response, HYBE announced that they had filed charges against CEO Min Hee-jin for breach of trust this week.

"I don't know. Just because the amount has not been determined does not mean that the complaint and accusation are not valid. This is a matter that should be clarified by the investigative authorities."
On the 26th of last month, HYBE filed a criminal complaint against CEO Min Hee-jin at the Yongsan Police Station in Seoul on charges of breach of trust.
E claimed that Min Hee-jin was trying to seize management control and sent a letter demanding her resignation. However, Min Hee-jin refuted the allegations.
HYBE and CEO Min Hee-jin have been battling each other for about a month now, and have only intensified the controversy by mentioning ILLIT's "NewJeans copy incident."
Recently, there have been reports that Min Hee-jin met with Naver and Dunamu to secure management rights, and that they have also admitted to meeting with Min Hee-jin at HYBE, causing a stir.
Min Hee-jin refuted this, saying it was "groundless." The parents of NewJeans also announced the hearing date for the application for a provisional disposition to prohibit the exercise of voting rights filed by Min Hee-jin.
He also submitted a petition to the court through his lawyer, stating that he wanted to join forces with CEO Min Hee-jin.
