Director Kang Je-gyu and Jang Dong Gun attended the press conference for the film "Brotherhood" and shared their thoughts on the re-release.
"Brotherhood" begins in the unforgettable June 1950, when Jin-Tae (played by Jang Dong Gun) and Jin-Seok (played by Woo-Woo)
The film depicts the conflicts and fraternity of two men (played by Kim Jong Un) and the tragedies of war. Jang Dong Gun said, "It's been a long time. I'm overwhelmed with emotion as it's the 20th anniversary. I never thought so many people would come to see it.
"I hope I was able to convey the feeling I had when the film was first released. Time has really flown by. It went by so quickly that I can't believe it.
"There aren't many of the films I've made that I can show to children, so this will be a good opportunity to show them to them," he said with a smile.
"Brotherhood" is celebrating its 20th anniversary and will be released in a 4K remastered version on Memorial Day (Republic of Korea).
It will be released on June 6th, which is the Memorial Day in memory of the martyrs and fallen officers of the United States.
