In response, CEO Min refuted the allegations surrounding him that he was attempting to seize management rights, and began a legal battle with HYBE.
After that, Min announced that HYBE had voted in favor of his dismissal proposal, which would be put forward as an agenda item at ADOR's extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on the 31st.
