According to his agency BIGHIT MUSIC on the 2nd, JIN will participate in the offline event ‘2024 FESTA’ on the 13th June, the day after his discharge and the anniversary of ‘BTS’ debut, at Jamsil Sports Complex in Seoul.
The ‘FESTA’ is a festival to commemorate the 13th June, the debut day of BTS, and to meet their fans.
BIGHIT MUSIC explained that ‘This event was set up at the suggestion of JIN, who wanted to spend meaningful time with ARMY (the name for fans of “BTS”) in close proximity to them’.
The event will consist of two parts: part 1 ‘JIN's Greetings’ and part 2 ‘Seokjin on the 13th June 2024, sunny weather’. The second part will be a corner where ARMY can enjoy the various appearances of JIN that they want to see. For fans who cannot come to the venue, live streaming of ‘Weeverse’ will be available for ‘BTS’ membership subscribers for the second part only.
BIGHIT MUSIC said, "JIN will launch the signal bullet of the second half of the year's activities with ARMY, and will give us a sense of anticipation for the new chapter of the complete BTS.”
In addition, all members of ‘BTS’, including JIN who is about to be discharged, RM, J-HOPE, SUGA, JIMIN, JUNG KOOK and V, are currently serving in the military.
