President Yoon's approval rating remains in the ”low 30% range” (South Korea)

The results of a public opinion poll announced on the 3rd showed that South Korean President Yoon Seok-yeol's approval rating has remained in the low 30% range for eight consecutive weeks.
The survey was conducted by the South Korean polling agency "Realmeter" on the 30th and 31st of last month among 2,513 voters aged 18 and over.
According to the weekly survey for the fifth week of May, President Yoon's approval rating was calculated to be 30.6%, up 0.3% from the previous survey.
Furthermore, 65.9% of respondents disapproved, down 0.2% from the previous survey.
Meanwhile, the approval rating for political parties was calculated as 33.1% for the ruling People's Power Party and 33.8% for the Democratic Party of Korea.
The party's approval rating fell 2.1% from the previous survey, and the Democratic Party also fell 0.1%. It was followed by the Fatherland Reform Party at 14.5%, the New Reform Party at 5.3%, New Future Party at 1.4%, the Progressive Party at 1.1%, and other parties.
The party support rate was 2.0%, and independents 8.7%. The party support rate was surveyed on the 30th and 31st of last month, targeting 1,002 voters aged 18 or over.
