Danny Koo gives his parents from the US a full-course meal: ”I live alone”

Danny Koo facilitates the ‘Danny Koo Family 60th Birthday Tour’ for his parents who flew in from the US with gifts ranging from seaweed roll lunches to couple suits.

　On the MBC variety programme ‘I Live Alone (Happy Life of a Single Man)’, which will be broadcast on the 7th, son Danny Koo will be shown as a travel guide for his parents on their 60th birthday.

　Danny Koo says, "Today, I meet some very precious people" and for the first time in his life, he tries his hand at making seaweed rolls. He makes the rolls using a laver roll kit, which contains the basic ingredients for a laver roll, such as laver, ham and takuan (pickled radish). Danny Koo spreads the rice on the laver after seasoning the freshly cooked hot soybean rice with salt and sesame oil; he puts the ingredients inside the laver roll and rolls it up as best he can, but it's hard to say whether he succeeded in making the laver roll, as Danny Koo became icy as if he was facing the biggest challenge of his life.

　Danny Koo's parents flew in from the U.S. "My parents were C.C.’s at the University of Y." Danny Koo says. He explains how they met for the first time, had him in the U.S., and raised him to be an accomplished violinist. Danny Koo's parents appeared in uniforms (?) with their son's face engraved on them. 　Danny Koo and his parents talk without a break on the car journey to their destination. He attempts a video call with his friend Kee (SHINee), who is the same age as him, for his mother. His mother finds this situation hard to believe "Really with a celebrity?" and the call with Kee induces a smile as she goes into ‘fan girl’ mode.

　Meanwhile, Danny Koo is also caught presenting a couple of suits for his parents at a regular tailor shop, attracting a lot of attention.
