”LE SSERAFIM” management office: ”2 million won fine for malicious posters”

On the 7th, management office Source Music revealed that internet users who made malicious comments about "LE SSERAFIM" were fined.
Previously, Source Music announced legal action, stating, "We have determined that the reckless and malicious comments against LE SSERAFIM have reached a very serious level."
The company teased the response, saying, "After a lengthy investigation, those who posted malicious posts and comments on the community received criminal punishment, including fines of up to 2 million won."
They also said, "We have collected a huge amount of posts and comments and filed a complaint with the investigative agency on suspicion of insult, defamation under the Information and Communications Network Act, and obscenity using a communication medium under the Sexual Violence Punishment Act."
"Malicious slander, false facts, personal attacks, derogatory names, ridicule and vulgar, malicious comments are all subject to legal action," it explained.
He continued, "The posts and comments that are the subject of the lawsuit are from NAVER, NatePann, theqoo, and DC Insta.
This includes all portal sites, communities and SNS such as SNS. Malicious posts and comments posted on overseas platforms and channel management
Regarding the results of the legal action announced on the same day, Source Music said, "Punishment has been confirmed for the ongoing charges.
"After filing the complaint, it will take a long time, at least several months and at most a year, for the case to be concluded.
"Regarding the cases that have caused harm, we will continue to take a firm stance to the end, without mercy, under any circumstances, as we have done in the past."
