Is ”too spicy” a problem? Korean super spicy ramen ”recalled” in Denmark

On the 11th (local time), the British BBC reported that "Korean food manufacturer Samyang Foods' 'Kyubrud Fried Noodles' and other super spicy instant ramen have been recalled in Denmark."
According to the report, the Danish Veterinary and Food Agency (DVFA) issued a statement on the same day announcing that Samyang Foods' "Nuclear LUDA Stir-fried Noodles 3x Spicy" and "Nuclear LUDA Stir-fried Noodles 2x Spicy"
The Danish government has announced a recall for its products "Nuclear Black Fried Noodles" and "Nuclear Black Fried Noodles." The BBC reported that "it has not been revealed what ingredient has led to the Danish authorities taking action."
The Danish DVFA said, "The amount of capsaicin in each packet was assessed to be so high that it was liable to cause acute poisoning to consumers."
The Danish DVFA also advised people to "throw away or return the product to the store if they have it," and warned that "very spicy foods may be harmful, especially to children."
The warning from the Danish DVFA has sparked a fierce debate online, with spicy food lovers joining in.
