A man in his 50s ”fell” from an apartment building and hit a pedestrian, both of them ”died” = South Korea

A man in his 50s fell from a vehicle at an apartment in Busan, South Korea, and struck a man in his 80s who was coming out of the entrance to the apartment, killing both men.
According to the South Korean news agency Yonhap News on the 17th, at around 7 a.m. on the 15th of this month, a man in his 50s fell from an apartment in Sasang-gu, Busan, and 80 people below were killed.
The man in his 80s was seriously injured and taken to hospital, but died the following afternoon (16th). Police are currently investigating the details of the accident through witnesses and others.
A police source said, "Since the man in his 50s has died, the right to prosecute has expired, and we are considering applying for protection and support for crime victims against the man in his 80s."
A family member of a man in his 80s said, "As a family member, we feel helpless and regretful because there is no one to hold responsible for my father's death."
