The court stated, "The defendant's performance fee was received as compensation for performing after the exclusive contract ended, and is not subject to distribution. The exclusive contract was terminated due to a breach of contract.
The court ruled that the termination of the contract was a result of court adjustment, and that the claim for compensation cannot be accepted. Sleepy will file a lawsuit against TS Entertainment in 2022.
She also filed a lawsuit for damages, demanding payment of her contractual fees and unpaid broadcast fees. At the time, the court ruled that TS Entertainment should pay Sleepy 200 million won in the first instance.
