"NewJeans" debuted in Japan and immediately reached number one on the Oricon charts. "Supernatural" was the No. 1 single on the Oricon charts.
It debuted at number one on the daily singles rankings on the new chart (dated June 21st). This means that "New Jeans" swept both the Hanteo and Oricon charts on the day of its release.
The group has demonstrated a strong presence in both Korea and Japan. In addition, the title song "Supernatural" topped the real-time charts of music sites such as LINE Music and AWA for two consecutive days.
It also ranked 34th in the Melon "Top 100" in Korea within an hour of its release, and has since climbed to 13th place (as of midnight on the 22nd).
