"The acts of fraud have become serious enough that they cannot be ignored, and we have determined that strong legal action against them is urgently needed," he said. "As a result, we will target all online communities and SNS.
"We will collect posts and comments and submit a complaint to the investigative authorities, and will continue to check for malicious posts on a regular basis and submit complaints on a regular basis."
