The group ATEEZ has rewritten the history of K-POP. ATEEZ performed at the MAWAZIN 2019 held in Rabat, the capital of Morocco, on the 23rd (local time).
"Mawajin" is a music festival that began in 2001 and is celebrating its 19th anniversary this year, attracting more than 2.5 million spectators every year.
It is one of the world's leading music festivals, and ATEEZ was the first K-pop artist to be invited to the festival, becoming a hot topic.
On this day, ATEEZ kicked off the stage with a gorgeous flag performance.
They started their full-scale stage with the song "WIN" from their first full album "TREASURE EP.FIN: All To Action".
They immediately attracted the attention of the audience with their performance using flags with "ATEEZ" written on them, and said, "Our ship only goes one way," "I don't know, I just go. There's a way ahead."
She filled the stage with a confident demeanor that perfectly matched the lyrics of "Say My Name."
With "Name" and "Guerrilla", ATEEZ's unique explosive energy overwhelmed the entire audience.
The performance heated up the venue. Then, ATEEZ, who gave their first greeting, said, "Morocco is a really special place for us. We made our debut song music video in full swing.
"It was filmed in the Sahara Desert in Korea, but I feel like I'm back home," he said, revealing his special feelings about participating in the "Mawagin" festival, adding, "I want to make today an unforgettable day."
Afterwards, ATEEZ performed their debut song "Pirate King" that many fans had been waiting for, further raising the heat of the concert, and then performed "Answer", "ARRIVED" and "Pirate King".
They satisfied the audience's senses with a rich set list that combined a variety of genres such as "Good Lil A" and "DJANGO" and a gorgeous production.
