”FTISLAND” HONG-KI & Jaejin starring in the musical ”Your Lie in April” opens today (28th)... A youth story the whole world is waiting for

The musical "Your Lie in April" has finally opened, conveying the sensibility of youth. "Your Lie in April" will open on the 28th (today) at the Seoul Arts Center CJ Towol Theater and run until August 25th.
The production will be produced by EMK Musical Company, and it is expected to captivate the audience with a highly polished performance as it will be the Korean premiere and the world's first licensed performance.
The musical "Your Lie in April" is based on the work of Japanese manga artist Naoshi Arakawa, and is a heart-pounding coming-of-age story about a promising young musician who experiences meeting and parting with loved ones while developing his talents.
The story is expected to be a moving one, depicting the encounter between an unlucky pianist boy, Shindo, and a genius violinist girl, and how they change as they empathize through music.
The original story was a fascinating one, which was broadcast as a TV anime in 2015, then led to the release of a movie in 2016, and was released as a musical in Japan in May last year.
It was released in Tokyo as "Kal". In Korea, director Joo Jeong-hwa and music director Lee Bom-jae participated in the "Non-replica" project.
The drama will be produced in the same style as the drama director Joo Jeong-hwa's delicate direction and the beautiful melodies of pianist and composer Lee Bom-jae, who has created a sensuous musical world, will come together to create a perfect drama.
The role of Kousei Arima, a child piano prodigy who was unable to play the piano due to the trauma of his mother's death, returns to the world of music after meeting Kaori Miyazono.
The role is played by Lee Hong-ki (FTISLAND), Yoon So-ho, and Kim Hee-jae. The role is played by Miya, a genius violinist with a free spirit who brings Arima Kosei back into the world of music after giving up on music.
