We regularly take legal action against those who post malicious comments that spread false information, maliciously libel, or use derogatory terms, and we will report on the main progress in this regard.
There has been an increase in unfounded and malicious posts online that are intended to slander artists. We appreciate the valuable information provided by our fans and our unique resources.
Through real-time monitoring, we comprehensively collected malicious posts and comments across all channels, both domestic and international, and filed a complaint with the investigative authorities.
Posts that ridicule or insult the artist's nationality or appearance, posts that cause sexual shame or disgust, and false
All those who posted comments spreading facts have been included in the complaint. As a result of ongoing legal action, many of the defendants in existing complaints have been fined. The remaining victims have been fined.
Legal action is also being taken against the accused. In particular, the criminal acts of those who have engaged in unacceptable acts, such as distributing and selling fictitious obscene photographs of artists by synthesizing their likenesses, are being investigated.
We have confirmed that the police are currently investigating the matter, and that some of the cases have been subject to criminal punishment in the first instance.
