Park explained that a black car suddenly drove the wrong way on Exclusive, hitting more than 10 pedestrians. "I was on the other side of the road and witnessed the accident, where I was a little while ago," he said.

Nine people were killed and four were injured in the accident. People who witnessed the accident testified that a vehicle was going the wrong way and hitting people on the sidewalk one after another.
Many traces of the wrong-way vehicle remain at the accident site. A protective fence separating the sidewalk from the road.
The car crash had shattered everything, and the remains of the victims were hidden by tents set up by fire department officials. One store had its windows shattered by flying debris from the accident.

"It's so scary to think that I was about to die. My heart is pounding and I can't calm down," he said. "There were victims under the wheels, and at least 10 people must have died."
"It was a situation where we couldn't even perform CPR," he said. In one corner of the accident scene, there was a group of people who seemed to be acquaintances of the victim. They said that a colleague who had been dining with him just an hour before had died.
They were stunned by the fact that their names were on the list. One of the group members cried, saying, "Is this really what we want?" Fire department officials are currently working to confirm the identities of the victims.
They requested to be allowed into the accident site, but were stopped by fire officials in charge of the accident site. Fire officials plan to inform the families of the deceased as soon as they have confirmed their identities.
