(G)I-DLE's Yugi revealed that Soyeon didn't let him drink water when they were recording their new song.
"SEASONS ~ZICO Artists" featured (G)I-DLE, BEN, Lee Sung-yoon, and Hwang Jae-seong.
Yugi said, "I'm in charge of the highest part in this song. Soyeon said, 'Yugi, you should do this.'
"It would be great if you could achieve that," and then he told me, "Don't drink water under any circumstances. He said he wanted a husky voice, and didn't give me a sip of water." Zico looked at Ugi sadly and said, "I'm not going to drink water."
Soyeon said to Yugi, "You're the main vocalist this time," to Minnie, "Only an older sister can do this," and to Shuhua, "It's a short but strong point, only you can make the most of it."
He revealed that he had said, "I will do it."
