Director Hong Sang Soo & Kim Min Hee's ”My Way” Love... 9th Year

Director Hong Sang Soo appears in public again with his girlfriend Kim Min Hee. On the 10th, according to the film distribution company Finecut, the executive committee of the Locarno Film Festival announced that Hong Sang Soo's 32nd film, "Long Live the King," will be released.
The film "By the Stream" was officially invited to the competition section of the 77th Locarno Film Festival.
The Locarno Film Festival is an international film festival held every August in Locarno, Switzerland. It is one of the last film festivals in the world, first held in 1846, and is a festival that focuses on artistic and experimental auteurism.
Hong Sang Soo is famous for presenting films such as "Sunny's in a bad mood" (2013, Best Director award winner) and "The Right Day" (2018).

This is his fourth time to be invited to the Locarno Film Festival Official, following the award for Best Supporting Actress. "By the Stream" stars Kim Min Hee, who had an affair with director Hong Sang Soo, as well as Kwon Hea Hyo, Jo Yu
The film stars Lee, Ha Sung-guk, and others. Director Hong Sang Soo and Kim Min Hee have not been seen at any official events in Korea since they announced that they were in a relationship.
Despite all this, the two continue to work together, appear at film festivals overseas, and continue to love My Way without worrying about Korean public opinion.
"The Stream" will have its world premiere at the Locarno Film Festival and is scheduled to be released in Korea in the second half of this year.
