Through the unity, he announced his decision to sue YouTubers who have routinely made threats against him.
The lawyer said, "At the time this blackmail incident occurred, Tzuyang had already become very successful.
"I was involved in many incidents and suffered various damages, so I was extremely exhausted both physically and mentally," he said, "and because of that, I didn't even have the energy to respond to the robbery by YouTubers."
I thought it was a problem that I could just quietly endure the damage. I was completely in the "B" position, and I had to watch the mood of the YouTubers who were threatening me in a clever way under the pretext of exposing my private life, and I had to keep an eye on their moods.
"I had no choice but to accept the offer, and ended up having to sign a contract with terms I didn't want," he said. In addition, the company plans to take action against the dissemination of false information.
It was confirmed that there was someone who was encouraging speculation about Yang, related parties, and the bereaved family, and that this person was involved in the blackmail case and was attempting to conceal the true nature of the case.
Zuyang said that after much anguish, he decided to file a complaint. The complaint, which lists Tzuyang as the victim, has now been distributed to the 3rd Criminal Division of the Seoul Central District Court.
Tzuyang's side said, "In order to take proactive measures, we have filed complaints against YouTuber FMD, YouTuber Chujak Kambyulsa, the operator of the crime lab, and the anonymous blackmailer.
The complaint will be submitted to the Seoul Central District Court's Criminal Division 3, which is handling the current case. If additional people involved in blackmailing Tzuyang are discovered during the related investigation,

He revealed that he was a victim and was unable to receive the settlement amount of over 4 billion won (about 400 million yen). However, Mr. A died during the legal proceedings against Tzuyang, and the case was closed without the right to prosecute.
Later, a group of tow truckers emerged, suspected of threatening to expose Tzuyang's past record. However, they denied most of the allegations.
FMD claims that he was a "double agent" and that the money he received from Tzuyang was for service expenses such as delivering donations to other YouTubers to protect Tzuyang.
He also appeared before the prosecutors on the same day and said, "There was no evidence that I had threatened or intimidated Tzuyang. The Tzuyang incident was used to silence the cartel, and there was someone else behind it."
