”TOMORROW X TOGETHER” releases official character ”PPULBATU”

The group TOMORROW X TOGETHER (TXT)'s first official character, PPULBATU, has been unveiled.
On the 1st, TXT released a video announcing the birth of "PPULBATU" through the group's official SNS.
The story depicts five characters who leave Magic Island to meet a certain someone (fan name) and end up crash-landing at Ttukseom Amusement Park.
The video shows the members traveling through a portal to another time and space.
It pays homage to the music video for "Frost" (released in 2021), which is about going to Wukseom Amusement Park.
"PPULBATU" is a combination of "PPUL (Tsuno)" and "TOMORROW X
TOGETHER". The group's debut song "One day, a horn grew from my head (CROWN)"
The horn, which has appeared as an important symbol in the story of Pup, was used to add a special touch.
It can also be interpreted as "TOGETHER," which means "the joy and happiness that comes when we are together."
The Instagram account that was opened to celebrate the release of "PPULBATU" posted a video introducing the characters under the concept of a live broadcast.
The five characters, Yeonjun, BEOMGYU, Tae Hyeong, and HUENING KAI, each have their own unique appearance and personality.
Choi Young Mon, whose name means "brave dog", is a game enthusiast. Hwang Chun is a fox who enjoys rapping and has a cute face that catches the eye. Bam, who spreads happiness to those around him with his happy virus.
Good. Dagonyan is a chocolate cornet bread lover with a pronounced abs. Humunyarin is a scaredy-cat who hides her eyes with her bangs and expresses her feelings with emojis on her hoodie. Each one boasts a unique charm.
The characters this time were created with the hope that they would become "the best friend who is always with MOA wherever she is." The five characters were chosen from sketches drawn by the members themselves.
The group's opinions were actively reflected in everything from the name, personality, and preferences. Starting with the release of "PPULBATU," TXT will be showcasing various projects using this.
TXT will be holding their world tour "ACT:PROMISE in Japan" at the Vantelin Dome Nagoya on the 4th and 5th, and at the Mizuho PayPay Dome Fukuoka on September 14th and 15th.
This is TXT's first ever Japan Dome Tour, and they are the first Korean artists to hold a four-dome tour in Japan after their debut.
