Idol rapper's sentence finalized on the 30th... Will he get a prison sentence for filming his former girlfriend with a hidden camera?

The date for sentencing has been confirmed amid suspicions that idol former member rapper A illegally filmed his former girlfriend. On the 30th, Seoul Western District Court Criminal 4 Exclusive reported that idol former member rapper A was accused of sexual assault.
The date for the announcement of the allegations of violation of the Punishment of Force (using cameras, etc. to film and distribute) is being held. Mr. A secretly recorded scenes of sexual relations and major body parts of Ms. B, who was his former girlfriend from July 2022 to May of the following year.
Mr. A is said to have illegally filmed 18 times. Mr. A encouraged Mr. B to wear an eye patch and have sex with him, and secretly filmed him.
The sexual encounter was then filmed using a silent camera. Mr. B was not the only victim.
Mr. A also illegally photographed a woman, Ms. C, whom he met at a bar in Gangnam-gu, Seoul in July last year.
Mr. C was photographed four times, including lying on a bed wearing only his underwear.
Although it was not discovered that Mr. A had distributed illegally filmed footage, the number of victims was confirmed to be three in total, sparking controversy.
In response, the Yongsan Police Station in Seoul sent Mr. A to the prosecution in September last year.
Mr. A, who was arrested and indicted, is known to have admitted to the allegations at the first hearing held in March under the Violence Punishment Act, for allegedly filming and distributing the footage using cameras and other equipment.
The victim's side submitted a petition for severe punishment against Mr. A, and the prosecution sentenced him to three years in prison at the closing hearing held in June.
With Mr. A's sentencing date set for the 30th, attention is focused on whether he will receive a prison sentence.
Meanwhile, Mr. A debuted as an idol in 2017, but suspended his activities in 2019 for health reasons.
