Actress Hwang Jung Eum and basketball player Kim Jong Kyu (of Wonju's DB Promi) have broken up just two weeks after admitting to being in a relationship.
On the 5th (today), Hwang Jung Eum's management office Y1 Entertainment announced through an official press release, "Hwang Jung Eum and his wife have recently been feeling good about each other's company.
"I have decided to return to a good friendship with the person who I was just getting to know," he said. He added, "I ask for your understanding that it is difficult to confirm other details."
According to a close aide to the couple, once their relationship was revealed, they felt pressured and decided not to develop the relationship any further and to just return to being good older sister and younger brother.
