Kim Dong-rae, CEO of the TV series production company RaemongRaein, has filed a lawsuit against actor Lee Jung-jae for fraud.
According to the entertainment industry on the 10th, Kim Dong-rae, CEO of WY Entertainment, announced in June that he will be joining Lee Jung-jae, Park In-gyu, and production company WY Entertainment.
A complaint was filed with Seoul Gangnam Police Station against Park In-gyu, former CEO of SIWYG Studios, on suspicion of fraud under the Specified Economic Crimes Act.
Kim Dong-rae said that if Lee Jung-jae acquires RaemongRaein's shares, he will take over management rights.
After that, they continued to run the company together, bought the management division of a famous Korean entertainment company, and attracted investment from an American entertainment agency, falsely claiming that they would help the company grow.
In response, Lee Jung-jae said that he had transferred his shares to Artist, a software development company that is the largest shareholder.
