TVXQ's Changmin buys luxury apartment in Apgujeong for about 900 million yen...all in cash

It has been found that Changmin (TVXQ) has bought a luxury flat in Apgujeong-dong, Seoul.

　According to a Korean media outlet on the 12th, Hyundai Apt. I, located in Apgujeong-dong, Kangnam-gu, Seoul, with a dedicated area of 196.21 square metres (13th floor), was sold for 8.9 billion won in April this year and the buyer was Changmin.

　The media reported that as no separate revolving mortgage has been identified, it is believed that Changmin paid the full amount in cash.

　The Hyundai Apartments in Akjeong-dong are listed as top-end housing. In fact, they have been or are still being owned by entrepreneurs, high-ranking political figures and famous celebrities.

　Earlier, Changmin signed a cheongseu (payment of a large sum of money at the time of contract) contract for 159.603 square metres (21 floors) exclusively for Acro Seoul Forest in Seongsu-dong, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, last year. In this case, cheongse rights have been set up and will last until May next year. The cheongse deposit is KRW 5.5 billion (approximately JPY 550 million).

　Acro Seoul Forest is a top-class residential and commercial complex comprising communal housing, business facilities and sales facilities. The communal housing has a total of 280 households in two buildings with five basement floors to a maximum of 49 floors above ground, ranging from 91 to 273 square metres exclusively for the use of the residents.
