TVXQ's Yunho narrates documentary...donates entire fee

Yunho (TVXQ) turns into a documentary narrator.

　On the 17th August, EBS will broadcast a special documentary 'Beyond the Region to the World, Global Education in the Republic of Korea' with Yunho as narrator.

　'Beyond the Region to the World, Global Education in the Republic of Korea' is a documentary that introduces the Future Classroom in South Jeollanam-do Province and other schools that support so many different programmes for students that individualised education is not necessary.

　Last year, the shocking news was reported that the total birth rate in South Korea was 0.7 and that 157 schools across the country had zero new students this year. This phenomenon is more pronounced in rural areas, where local schools are looking for ways to make a go of it in various ways.

　In particular, Jeollanam-do Province has introduced advanced education systems in elementary, junior high and high schools with the goal of developing global human resources through the competitiveness of local education; through the Global Future Education Expo in Korea in 2024, various future classroom classes in which these advanced systems are applied were shown.

　The programme was narrated by Yunho, a member of the 'Oriental Goddess of Mercy'. He said he wanted to be of some help to the students in Jeonnam and asked that his entire appearance fee be used for the benefit of the struggling students.

　After the recording, Yunho said that he could see hope for future education in Korea when he saw the students actively and happily studying AI-related subjects, which can be considered difficult. In particular, he actively recommended watching the film, sharing his impression that he felt very good while watching the children who said they were happy to come to school.

　'Beyond the Region to the World, Global Education in the Republic of Korea' will be broadcast on the 17th Aug at 3:05pm on EBS1 TV in Korea.
