「これが作業服?」…建設現場の作業服が「MZ世代」用に進化=韓国
”Is this workwear?” ... Korean construction workwear evolves for the ”MZ generation”
In South Korea, work clothes for construction sites are evolving to target the MZ generation (Millennials and Generation Z, born between the 1980s and 2000s).
Hyundai Engineering & Construction recently announced that it will be releasing Kolon Industries FnC workwear, which is made of highly functional materials and sophisticated designs.
The company unveiled the MA-1 padded jumper, a collaboration with the brand Boldist.
The company has provided employees with work clothes that look like work clothes, but the jackets they made this time only have the company's image on the inside of the collar and zipper. The response to these "unworkable work clothes" was enthusiastic.
Hyundai Engineering & Construction reportedly said, "During the purchasing period (10 days) of the jackets, nearly 6,000 were sold within the company, and orders came in from 148 construction sites both at home and abroad."
A Hyundai Engineering & Construction official said, "We think we drew a good response because we used a flight jacket design, which is popular among young people."
