Colorado church tokenizes $2.5M worship hall... ”God inspired me to do it”

A group of churches in Colorado, USA, has tokenized their $2.5 million house of worship. According to Forbes, the Colorado House of Prayer
The United Church group, known as the House of Prayer, has tokenized a $2.5 million building to purchase its main chapel. This is the first tokenization in the world.
Blake Bush, the pastor leading the project, said he saw a “divine calling to use blockchain technology as a tool to advance the group’s mission.”
"We have pursued this project following a revelation from the past," he said. Pastor Bush's parish and other church groups have previously rented the building, which is owned by a former car dealer businessman.
The 11,457-square-foot building, nicknamed the "Old Stone Church" for its stone exterior, is scheduled for renovation by the current owner in 2022.
It was purchased for $200,000. Bush and the Colorado House of Prayer plan to buy the property for $2.5 million.
Bush said he came up with the idea to tokenize buildings after a spiritual experience.
"The Lord told me to 'tokenize the building,'" he said in an interview with Busu, adding, "I've been praying for this for a few years, and God said, 'Buy my house.'"
