最大野党代表「49%」…与党代表「40%」=韓国与野党代表の職務遂行への「期待度」
Expectations for the performance of the leaders of South Korea's ruling and opposition parties: 49% for Lee Jae-myung and 40% for Han Dong-hoon
Lee Jae-myung, leader of the South Korean opposition Democratic Party, who was successfully re-elected to his position as leader, received more positive responses than negative ones in a survey about expectations for his future performance in his duties.
Four South Korean polling companies, Mbrain Public, KEI Stat Research, Korea Research, and Korea Research, conducted a survey of the 19th to 21st of this month.
According to a National Survey of Behavior (NBS) conducted in the fourth week of August among 1,002 men and women aged 18 and over, 49% of respondents had positive expectations for Lee's job performance, while 41% had negative expectations.
Meanwhile, the expectation for the performance of ruling party People Power Party leader Han Dong-hoon's duties was 40% positive and 41% negative.
Support for the political parties was calculated as follows: 31% for the ruling party, 29% for the Democratic Party, 9% for the Fatherland Reform Party, 2% for the New Reform Party, and 1% for the Progressive Party.
The ruling party's approval rating fell 1% from the previous survey, while the Democratic Party's approval rating rose 5%. President Yoon Seok-yeol's approval rating was also calculated to be 27%.
This was a 2% drop from the previous survey (in the second week of August), while disapproval rose 3% to 63%.
