Actor Yu A In, currently on drug trial, was investigated by police yesterday (28th) for the first time in connection with sexual assault against a woman.

Actor Yu A In, who has been indicted on suspicion of sexual assault against a person of the same sex, has undergone her first police investigation. On the 29th, MBN reported that the Seoul Yongsan Police Station filed charges on suspicion of non-consensual intercourse.
Yu A In was summoned to the police station last night and an investigation was launched. Yu A In is accused of sexually assaulting a man named A while he was sleeping at an officetel in Yunsan-gu, Seoul on the 14th of last month.
Ms. A reportedly only found out she had been sexually assaulted after waking up, and filed a complaint with the police the following day.
Following the report, on July 26, lawyer Bang Jong Hyun, who is representing Yu A In, released an official statement saying,
"We would like to clarify that the relevant accusations are not true," they said, "and we ask that you refrain from making unnecessary speculations regarding my private life."
Meanwhile, Yu A In is currently on trial on drug charges.
