Vietnamese gang member who distributed ”cocktail drugs” in South Korea arrested
Three Vietnamese members of a gang who smuggled and distributed "cocktail drugs" into South Korea have all been arrested following an investigation by authorities.

On the 29th, the Incheon District Prosecutors' Office announced that it had arrested three Vietnamese nationals who had smuggled and distributed "Kuttel Drugs" into South Korea and sent them to the Incheon District Prosecutors' Office. Two of the members of the organization were arrested and one was referred to prosecutors.
The so-called "cocktail drugs" that were seized this time were methamphetamine (a stimulant), ketamine (an anesthetic), nitrazepam (a sedative), tamadorin (a painkiller), acetaminophen (a detoxifier), and acetaminophen (a sedative).
It is a new type of drug that contains a mixture of five ingredients, including sedatives, antidepressants, and anti-inflammatory drugs. Analysis of the ingredients confirmed that it is a type that has never been seized by a domestic law enforcement agency in South Korea.
In April of this year, Incheon Airport Customs found 25 grams of "cocktail drugs" during the inspection of international mail arriving from Malaysia.
The man who was supposed to receive the package was arrested on the spot. Through Mr. C, the mastermind and overall manager of the smuggling operation, Mr. A, was identified and arrested at Incheon Airport, where he was traveling between South Korea and Vietnam.
Later, they arrested Mr. B, who had been hiding out in Siheung, Gyeonggi Province, under Mr. A's instructions, and took down the entire organization in one fell swoop.
A customs official at Incheon Airport said, "We are taking measures to prevent products with unknown ingredients from crossing the border.
"Through thorough inspections and enforcement, we will disrupt drug smuggling and protect the health and safety of our citizens."
