<Men's Golf> Lee Seung-taek, 9 years after his professional debut, wins his first tournament at the newly established Lexus Masters

Lee Seung-taek won his first victory at the Lexus Masters, held for the first time this year, nine years after his professional debut.
The first tournament of the second half of the KPGA (Korea Professional Golf Association) tour, the Lexus Masters (total prize money 1 billion won/approximately 110 million yen), was held at A-One CC in Seoul.
He won the tournament with a total score of 18 under par, five strokes ahead of the second place, and received the 200 million won (approximately 22 million yen) prize money. Along with the prize money, he received a specially designed "2

It was made in collaboration with the craftsman Shin Hye-jeong. Lee Seung-taek, who played for South Korea as a junior, began playing on the KPGA Tour in 2015, but has never won a championship.
In April of this year, she lost in a playoff at the KPGA FOUNDERS CUP. However, she made a thrilling comeback victory in this tournament, wiping away all the regrets from the past.
On the same day, Lee Seung-taek started the final round tied for second place, two strokes behind leader Kang Yoon-seok, but he made a bogey on the first hole and got off to an uneasy start.
He made an eagle on the 15th hole to decide the match. Lee Seung-taek made par on the remaining holes to win the tournament, beating the second place group by five strokes.
Lee Seung-taek said, "I finally won. I never knew winning felt so good." He added, "I've been waiting for a win for a long time.
"When I was in the final round, all the hardships I had faced came back to me like a slideshow. I'm really happy," he said.

In particular, the Masters Lounge at No. 17 was designed with the concept of "passion and cheers" and was an outdoor lounge space where people could watch the players' play up close and cheer enthusiastically while listening to music.
