The city of Seoul in South Korea is targeting 1,000 people aged 18 or older who live in Seoul to designate a national symbolic space (tentatively named the "Space of Gratitude") on Se Jeong-ro, the stretch from Gwanghwamun Junction in the center of Seoul to Gwanghwamun.
