North Korea releases ”trash balloons” four times in three days = South Korea

It has been confirmed that North Korea has sent garbage balloons toward South Korea for three consecutive days. On the night of September 4th, the morning of the 5th, and the afternoon of the 5th, North Korea sent balloons toward South Korea four times in total.
On the 6th, the South Korean Joint Chiefs of Staff said, "North Korea is sending trash balloons (presumably) toward South Korea again," and "Due to a change in wind direction, they have been moving toward the northern part of Gyeonggi Province."
"There is a possibility that the balloons may move," he said. He added, "Please be careful of falling cargo, do not touch any fallen balloons, and report them to military forces or the police."
North Korea has launched balloons for the 15th time since the end of May this year.
The balloons released by North Korea contain mostly garbage, such as paper and plastic bottles, which pose a security threat.
In response, the South Korean military has been conducting full-scale propaganda broadcasts against North Korea for over a month since the end of July.
